In 2008 Ombre made a huge trend hit in both fashion and interiors. While definately trendy for a while, ombre is a classic design & art motif that never goes away, and used correctly can be tremendously inpactful. A shaded or gratuated shift of one or a pallate of colors makes for a soothing visual, and yet you can get pretty punchy with the colors.

Its wonderful how all the shading of Autumn and the wonderful color transisitons of Ombre dying technique can go so well together. There is a color shift all around us in the fall. So enjoy the season, take a walk through changing leaves, watch the sunset over the lake and see nature shift and shade in and out of beautiful colors…and dont forget to wrap yourself in a warm ombre scarf!
